Signal Hill Capital Group LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to Infrastructure Corporation of America (ICA) in connection with its acquisition of Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. (F&H). Financing for the transaction was provided by Regions Bank and Triangle Capital Corporation.
