Signal Hill acted as the sole placement agent to Sabey Corporation in connection with a $100 million equity investment by National Real Estate Advisors (“NREA”), a third-party real estate investment management and advisory firm wholly owned by National Electrical Benefit Fund (“NEBF”), into a newly formed venture named Sabey DataCenter Properties. Sabey DataCenter Properties is the leading provider of enterprise data center space in the Pacific Northwest. The Company currently operates 1.6 million square feet of data center space on 4 campuses in Washington state. Sabey has spent over 25 years in the data center business and controls the largest amount of sustainable, green, hydro-powered facilities in the United States. The Company is based in Seattle, WA.
