Mr. Weiner brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on M&A and capital raising for technology companies in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Weiner has worked with both large companies like SAP, NCR and MasterCard as well as emerging growth companies in the financial software and payments areas.
Prior to Signal Hill, Mr. Weiner headed the Financial Technology investment banking practice for RBC Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, he ran Deutsche bank’s London-based European software investment banking effort before re-locating to New York where he founded and co-headed its Financial Technology group. He began his investment banking career at Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated.
Mr. Weiner holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
