Mark E. Waxman Director of Operations
Mr. Waxman has over 36 years of operations and finance experience in both investment banking and equity capital markets. Prior to joining Signal Hill Mr. Waxman was a Director of Wachovia Capital Markets, responsible for syndicate operations and finance. Prior to Wachovia, Mark worked for Paine Webber Inc. as a Senior Vice President with operational and finance responsibilities for the investment banking division. Mr. Waxman earned his BA degree in Accounting from Queens College.
